You can return your order for a full refund within 28 days of receiving your item.

DESTELO will refund you the cost of postage for any returned items. In order to redeem this, please retain your receipt as proof of postage and cost. All returns should be sent via registered, insured delivery, courier or other insured manner of post.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 working days. Please note that this can take up to 10 days to show in your bank statement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of receipt of your return, please contact us at hello@destelo.com and we will respond to you within 1 working day.
